Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.

Handling Time

Most accessories (boleros, wraps, and capelets) ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order and in-store-fitted gowns may require additional preparation time before shipping or pickup — our team will confirm a timeline when you order.

We do not charge sales tax. You pay 0% sales tax ($0.00) on every order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Order page using your order code and email address.

Alaska & Hawaii

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Standard rates apply and delivery may take 7–14 business days; the $75 free-shipping threshold does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii orders.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address, though we're happy to help you contact the carrier if this happens.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@amyscreations.us with your order code. We will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
